Prints
The 'Cassette' prints are A3 size (297x420mm) and are printed on recycled chlorine-free 250gsm heavyweight stock using organic animal product free inks.
They are wrapped in tissue, gently rolled and mailed in an heavy duty cardboard (recycled) postal tubes. This is the safest method for transit, but it does mean you'll need to gently flatten the print before framing*.Shipping

They are posted via Royal Mail First Class Signed For service, so a signature is obtained on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
You can order multiple prints under a single postage free - but please bear in mind they will all be rolled together in a single postage tube so there will be a limit!
Returns
I am sure that you will be happy with your prints and that they will arrive in the condition that they were sent. However, rarely items can get damaged during the delivery process and in these cases I will be happy to arrange a replacement. Please contact me via the contact form to arrange this.
If you would like to send the print back for any other reason you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just send the print back in the original packaging and condition it was sent, with a note as to why you would like a return and I will refund you, minus the original shipping cost. You must contact me first before doing this.
*This can be done by placing it under some heavy books on a flat surface or weighing down each corner with something heavy. You can use the tissue it came in to protect it from getting marked.
